Vs. Elsa of the Elite Four

So I decided to participate in contest, which was to design an outfit for a Disney/others character if they were in the Pokemon world. I decided to pick Elsa from Frozen because I've wanted to draw her for awhile and I made her a member of the E4 so I could stay as true to her ice dress as possible since we all know the E4 and champion are famous for having odd clothes. The texture on her corset is supposed to be a scale-like representation of her ice dress and the white spots on her pants are supposed to be snowflakes XD

I used Olympia as a base for the pose since I have a hard time with human anatomy and then sketched my design. The original sketch probably only took about an hour, while the coloring process took closer to 6 hours as I am still working the kinks out of my Photoshop. Total time from start to finish is roughly 7 hours.
